Best Five Detox Drinks in Summer.

For a hydrated body and strong immunity.

Summers are here. Honestly for the past few years I am unable to tell which is hotter summers or winters? Global warming, is no joke people!

Typically the high temperatures stay till June, before commencement of monsoon.

So here I’ve for you, super simple nutrition packed, five drinks that will nourish your skin and detox your body. 

Raw Mango- Cucumber water – Roast one raw mango, peel it then add slices of cucumber with mint leaves add water and blend. Drink immediately or refrigerate for later use.

Marmelos- Jaggery Nourishment drink – For this use break a marmelo, strain it and keep the juice aside. Melt jaggery and add in the mermelo juice. Refrigerate and drink cold for best effects.

Nabeez Suhoor Sherbet – Soak dates over night in water. Use lid with holes or leave it slightly open. Add rose water and pistachio. Remove the dates before drinking and the solution is the prefect juice.

Lavender Lemonade – For this add freshly picked and rinsed lavender flowers, granulated sugar, boiling water, lemon juice, fruit juice, spices, such as basil or even smoked rosemary, blend, strain and enjoy!

Iced Mint and Mango green tea – Blend the flavour of green tea with mango, fresh mint, lime and ice to make this iced tea. It makes a wonderfully refreshing summer drink at any time of day
