Plot
The story is seen through the eyes of protagonist Vidya Balan, who is a female forest officer struggling to strive for balance in a world where man-animal conflict exists.
She leads a team of other officers and locals to capture the unsettled tigress in the jungle, while doing so she faces immense obstacles both natural and man made.
It seems as if both nature and man are fighting against her, to fail her in her attempt to capture the tigress.
The movie is also about how a Female forest officer makes through the conflicts as well as patriarchal notions.
“No matter how dense the forest is, the tigress finds her way”.
“Jungle kitna bhi ghana kyu na ho sherni apna rasta dhund hi leti hai”.
